I’ve been cooking food for approximately eight years, mostly in Sweden but also in Denmark and Spain. I did cook the famous swedish “Råraka” while in India but it didn’t receive much praise.
Well, my name and origin should be pretty obvious. Unfortunately I’ll be turning 31 this year which is why I’m currently having a full-fletched crisis. I’ve been working as a cook/chef/head-chef for approximately eight years in a diverse selection of restaurant kitchens. Right now my life is more about personal growth and curiosity rather than success and money.
